  • Institutions shall NOT contact experts directly at any stage.
  • No personal contact details of experts will be disclosed at any point.
  • All communication and coordination shall occur exclusively through the NRT portal.
  • Violations may result in immediate suspension of institutional access.
  • All portal actions are logged in an immutable audit trail.
  • Engagements are valid only after NRT approval and expert consent.
